Raoh ki kheer Sugarcane kheer Roah ki kheer is a summer recipe speciality of panjab where sugarcane is grown in abundance. Roah ki kheer is made from sugarcane juice and rice. Wherein the sugarcane juice provides a cooling effect to the body. Preparation time : 10 min Cooking time : 40 min Servings : 3 Ingredients : 1 litre sugarcane juice 1/2 cup rice 1/4 cup mixed dry fruits 1tbsp ghee Take a heavy bottom pan. Pour in the sugarcane juice and let it boil. Add 1/2 cup of rice washed and cleaned into the pan and allow it to cook along with the sugarcane juice for 25-30 minutes. Keep stirring till the rice is fully cooked and mixture thickens. Turn off the flame. Add a little ghee on hot kheer and garnish with roasted chips of mixed dry fruits. Raoh ki kheer is ready to serve.
